One Vision unveils new homes in Southport

ONE Vision Housing (OVH), part of the Sovini Group, has unveiled 23 new “affordable” homes in Southport, Merseyside.

The Hamlet Close, Shakespeare, scheme consists of eight houses and 15 flats and was built by Sovini’s building company, Carroll Build, on the site of a derelict pub.

Furthermore, it the development has been built in Victorian style in keeping with the wider street scene.

“We are thrilled to announce the completion of 23 new build homes in Southport. This new development is part of our ongoing commitment to build thriving, inclusive communities,” said Ian Mitchell, OVH’s managing director.

OVH aims to deliver 1,100 new homes across Sefton and surrounding areas by 2021.
