New housebuilder opens its first show homes at debut Sedgefield development

TOLENT Homes has launched its first ever show homes at its inaugural development in Sedgefield, County Durham.

Officially opened by local business owners and Hardwick Granges’ first buyers, Lilly Grundy and Jakob Ho, two show homes are now open on the site that will see 100 new homes built over the next three years (main picture).

The development will feature a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, with seven different house types on offer. Hardwick Grange is the first development under the Tolent Homes brand for Gateshead-based contractor Tolent.

“It’s really exciting that we now have our show homes open and it was only fitting to welcome our first buyers and soon-to-be first residents at Hardwick Grange, Lilly and Jakob, to officially open it for us,” said Chris Price, Tolent Homes’ regional director.

“We know we’re a new name to the UK house building sector, but the teams building our new homes are certainly not. We’ve created some of the most sustainable homes in the UK, having built over 5,000 homes in the North East alone so rest assured that our homes are being built by some of the most experienced within the industry.”

Tolent Homes says prices for the properties at Hardwick Grange range from £240,000 to £460,000 with both Help to Buy and Assisted Move available on request.
