A law firm that recently expanded into Manchester has made its presence felt after securing its presence on a housing association’s legal panel.
Anthony Collins Solicitors (ACS) has strengthened its presence in the North West after gaining seven lots on One Manchester’s three-year legal panel.
One Manchester owns and manages over 12,000 homes in central south and east Manchester. It was formed in April 2015 by the merger between City South Housing Association and Eastlands Homes.
ACS recently announced a new office in Manchester, although it is no stranger to working with One Manchester. Its presence on the legal panel will see the firm continue the relationship it has with the housing provider, advising it on areas such as property development, corporate and finance, employment, general commercial advice and compliance.
“One Manchester has been a long-standing client for the firm, and we’re excited to continue supporting its strategic role in developing communities through innovative partnerships across Manchester,” said Jonathan Cox, head of ACS’s Manchester office.
“This success, along with our strong housing client base in the North West, is a major reason for opening our new Manchester office and recruiting additional property lawyers to support the firm’s work.”
