AN Aintree-based company has secured a three-year deal to provide materials and supply chain support to property services firm, Liberty Group.
The £9 million deal comes into effect in July 2018 and it will see Sovini Trade Supplies become responsible for supplying and delivering materials for Liberty, which provides services for housing associations nationwide.
The new partnership is expected to provide a boost to the local economy, creating jobs within warehousing and logistics.
Sovini Trade Supplies, part of the Sovini Group, will be implementing its ‘Biz Track’ technology to provide what it calls a digitally integrated real-time service. The system was designed specifically for Liberty Group’s operations. It will provide automatic restocking of the vans and a remote ordering services to ‘fast track’ checkouts and same-day delivery service.
